These terms reflect the SalesDiary Master Service Agreement (MSA) governing access to and use of the SalesDiary platform and services.
This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Appobile Labs Private Limited (“SalesDiary” or the “Company”), with its principal office at 2nd Floor, Manu Plaza, 3rd Cross, 9th Main Road, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore – 560043, India, and the customer (“Customer”) that subscribes to the Service. Specific commercial terms — subscribed modules, fees, subscription term and contacts — are set out in each Customer’s Services Schedule (Part B).
By using the Company’s products and free or paid services, the Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms.

Subscribed modules, one-time and recurring fees, billing cycles, user/WSD allotments and the executed Services Schedule (Part B) are provided to each Customer as part of their agreement. For a copy of the full MSA or a quotation, contact info@appslab.in.
